Vegetable pies with cabbage

Dough:
220 ml of warm water
2 tbsp vegetable oil

~ 4 cups of flour
4 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dry yeast

Filling:
Half a medium cabbage
1 environments. onion
1-2 cloves of garlic
2-3 arrows green onions
1 tsp curry mixture
1/2 tsp ground coriander
salt to taste
vegetable oil without smell

Preparation:
To prepare a brew of warm water, oil, sugar, salt and yeast ( until bubbles) in a large bowl, covered beforehand with a clean towel.
Add the flour, knead the dough and put the container in a warm place for an hour. The dough should double in size.
While preparing the dough, prepare the filling. In a large skillet or saucepan heat Rast. oil, add finely chopped onion and garlic and cook until translucent onions. Add the chopped Kale, cover and stew until half done, then add the spices and salt. Pour the filling into a deep bowl, let cool. When the cabbage has cooled, add the chopped green onions.
