The chocolate in the boiling water

2-3 cups flour (3 cups for a thicker biscuit)
2 cups sugar

1,5 teaspoons not slaked soda
1 packet of baking powder (15 g) Can take only the baking powder, then 2 packs,
or just soda, then 2-2,5 teaspoons
4-6 tablespoons of cocoa
2 eggs
1 Cup milk
1/3 – 1/2 Cup Rast. oil (the more cocoa, the more oil)
1 Cup boiling water

Pour into a bowl 2 cups sugar

2-3 cups flour (I took a 2.5 tbsp.)
4-6 tablespoons of cocoa
1,5 tsp soda
sachet of baking powder

Mix everything

In another bowl break 2 eggs

Good whip with a mixer at high speed until very fluffy (about three minutes)

Add 1/3-1/2 Cup Rast. oil (the more cocoa, the more oil). Again whip with a mixer.

Add a third of dry mixture. Beat with a mixer.

Add a third of milk. Beat with a mixer. So two more times.
You can just pour all the milk and sprinkle the dry mixture and whisk. I did that, everything worked…

At the end pour a Cup of boiling water

And whisk one last time with a mixer.

Pour the batter into the pan (I h cm). Bake at 180C until cooked ( until dry matches)

The finished cake can be chocolate sauce or chocolate glaze. Cut into portions…

Here such it turns out… an Excellent basis for a variety of cakes

But delicious and in this form…
Enjoy your tea!
