● milk or water – 1.5 cups

● butter – 150 g
● flour – 1.5 cups
● egg – small 6 PCs,large 5 PC.

● high fat sour cream – 2 cups
● 1 Cup sugar
● chocolate – 100 g


To the milk add salt and butter and bring to a boil. In the boiling mixture add the sifted flour stirring constantly. Heat the mixture for 2 minutes, continuously stirring until no lumps of flour.
