The Cake “Elena”

The recipe for the cake with the cream from butter, condensed milk and nuts.

sugar — 200 Grams
margarine — 200 Grams
eggs — 2 Pieces
honey — 2 Tbsp. spoon
soda — 20 Grams
citric acid — 2 Grams
flour — 600 Grams
chocolate — 25 Grams
butter — 120 Grams (cream)
sugar — 100 Grams (cream)
condensed milk — 60 Grams (cream)
water — 40 Grams (cream)
roasted nuts — 200 Grams (cream)


Place in a saucepan sugar, margarine, eggs and honey. Heating the mass, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, so as not burnt. Add soda, citric acid and mix well. Add flour and knead the dough. Give the dough stand for about 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 270-280 degrees. Divide the dough into 7-8 pieces and roll out each piece into a thin cake. Bake the shortcakes in the oven until Golden color. To prepare the cream, mix the condensed milk, water and sugar in a saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil. Cool and mix with oil and then with chopped roasted nuts. To connect the cakes with cream, superimposing them on one another. Sprinkle top of cake crumbs left over from trimming the cakes, and decorate with chocolate.
