The resulting mass pour on the cake. Put the cake in the fridge for 5-6 hours to harden.


Cherry juice mixed with 100 grams of sugar, pour the gelatin mixture, remaining. Then dissolve in a water bath and immediately pour curd on the cake. The result is a layer with a diameter of 0.3-0.4 cm, which is supposed to instantly harden as the cake is cold.


On top put the remaining cherries and pour the remnants of jelly. Put the cake in the fridge for another 2 hours.
