Strawberry-chocolate cake with cheesecake layer

Strawberry-chocolate cake with cheese layer – a perfect dessert for the holiday table. The cake is very rich and sweet, and the strawberries gives the necessary “berry acidity”. I recommend!

Description of preparation:
Before you – a classic recipe strawberry-chocolate cake with cheese layer. The lower crust of the cake is made from cookie crumbs and chocolate, mixed with melted butter. Cheesecake layer is made of cheese, chocolate, milk, sugar and gelatin. There are also fresh strawberries. The tip of the cake is made at your discretion. I decorated the cake with grated chocolate and finely chopped strawberries. Good luck!

Ingredients:

  • Crumbly cookies — 200 g
  • Butter — 200 Grams
  • Chocolate — 250 Grams
  • Cottage Cheese — 400 Grams
  • Sour Cream — 400 Grams
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • Gelatin — 30 G
  • Water — 100 Grams
  • Milk — 2 Tbsp. spoon
  • Strawberry — 300 Grams

How to make “Strawberry-chocolate cake with cheesecake layer”


Grind cookies into crumbs.


50 grams of chocolate grate.


Mix biscuits and chocolate.


Add melted butter, mix thoroughly.


The split form (21 cm) spread the dough, carefully stamps.


Gelatin soak in 100 ml of water.


Mash the cheese with sugar.


Heat in a saucepan the milk, then put the chocolate and melt.


Pour the melted chocolate to the cream cheese.


Stir the mass until smooth using a blender.


Place the bowl with the gelatin in hot water. Gelatin has completely dissolved.


Whisk the cream using a mixer.


Beat with a mixer cheese-chocolate mixture. Then pour the gelatin and beat for another few minutes.


Add sour cream, mix thoroughly.


Spread 4 tbsp curd on the cake. Even out.


Now spread the washed and cleaned the strawberries.


Put the remaining mass of the cheese. Shake the mould gently to squeeze out the excess air. Put the form in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.


Decorate the cake with the chocolate chips.


Beautifully cut remaining strawberries and lay them on top of the cake.
