Not one important holiday goes by without the main dessert – birthday cake. This is the cake I offer to cook. Incredibly sweet cake with sweet, strawberry-sour cream custard.

Description of preparation:
Prepare strawberry cake with custard at home. The first thing you need to bake a sponge cake, then allow to cool and divide into four longitudinal seam. Then prepare strawberry custard cream and sour cream. Both cream mixed together. Coat with cream cakes and form a cake, put it overnight in the fridge to harden. In the morning we decorate the cake with cream frosting and fresh strawberries. Good luck!

Ingredients:

  • Eggs — 4 Pieces (+ 1 egg for the cream)
  • Sugar 140 Grams (+ 150 grams of cream)
  • Flour — 140 Grams
  • Vegetable oil — 30 Ml
  • Water — 2 Tbsp. spoon
  • Vanillin — 1 Gram
  • Strawberry — 600 Grams
  • Corn starch — 2 Tbsp. spoon
  • Sour Cream — 250 Grams
  • Creamer — to taste (for garnish

How to make “Strawberry cake with custard”


Whisk the eggs with sugar and vanilla. The mixture should thicken and increase in volume.


Add 2 tbsp of boiling water and oil. Beat for another few minutes until smooth.


Sift flour, stir.


Pour the batter into the baking dish with a parchment. Bake the cake in the oven for 30 minutes, 180 degrees.


Ready cake cool and cut into four transverse, smooth layer.


Rinse the strawberries and remove the stems. Using a blender turn berries into puree.


Make the filling. Mix the egg with sugar and starch.


Add the strawberry puree. Stir and Uvarov mixture until thick on low heat. Cool cream.


Sour cream, beat with 75 grams of sugar until stable peaks.


Combine sour cream with strawberry custard.


We coat each cake cream and cake formed.


The last cake grease with a small amount of cream and level it. Put the cake in the refrigerator overnight.


In the morning, decorate the cake with whipped cream, fresh strawberries and glaze. Bon appetit!
