Sponge cake with pumpkin cream.

For the dough: 3 eggs, Cup sugar, Cup flour, pinch of salt, tablespoon baking powder, vanilla sugar.
For the custard cream: 400 gr. boiled (or baked) pumpkin, 4 tablespoons flour, 5 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons liqueur Baileys, vanilla sugar, 100 gr. cream.
For decoration: walnuts, chocolate.

Whisk the eggs with sugar, add flour, baking powder and vanilla. Bake the cake. For the cream: put in blender the pumpkin, cream, sugar, liqueur and vanilla, whisk all until smooth. Pour into a small saucepan and put on the heat, add the flour and weld as custard. After that, the cream should be put in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Korzh cut in half. Add the cream, added shredded (any) nuts, cover with second part of cake. Again, add the cream and decorate with nuts and chocolate.
