Sour cream – 1 liter.
Sugar – half a Cup.
Berries – 1-1,2 liters.
This cake is suitable not just any berries, but also fruits. Blueberries, field strawberries, raspberries, red and black currants are put entirely, and plums, pears, apples, bananas, peaches cut into small pieces. The more different berries and fruits you put, the tastier and more interesting to get dessert.
How to do:
Gelatin to put in an enamel bowl, pour cold boiled water and leave for 40-60 minutes.
When gelatin swell, to preheat the mass, continuously stirring until the gelatin has dissolved. To boil not to bring!
To connect the resulting mass with sour cream and sugar. Stir until smooth.
Add berries and/or fruit, stir so they are evenly distributed.
Pour the mixture into a silicone form.
Put into the fridge to harden for a few hours.
After 3-4 hours the dessert is ready. Cake-jelly carefully remove from the mold before serving, cut into chunks.
Instead of the silicone mould you can use plain enameled bowl and then cut the cake into pieces right in it. And you can put the mixture in glasses, bowls or small silicone molds – then get portioned dessert, and it did not need to be cut.
