Sand cake with cream cheese

For the cake:

Flour 300 g
Butter 250 g
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Salt 0.5 tsp.
Soda 0.5 tsp.
For the filling:
Cottage cheese 500 g
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tsp. vanilla
Eggs 4 PCs.
The raisins 100 g

Recipe sand cake with cheese

In a bowl pour flour, add sugar, salt and soda. Butter to soften at room temperature, and the pieces add to flour mixture. Grind the flour and butter between your hands to form a sticky crumb. Put the crumb to cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Raisins pour boiling water and leave for 2-3 minutes. Then drain and dry with paper towel. Curd good RUB with eggs and sugar, stir into it the vanilla sugar and raisins. A baking dish greased with butter.

Better to use a split form, so you can easily remove the finished cake. To get the dough out of the fridge, separate from it 2/3 and put the bottom and sides of the form, pressing it slightly with your fingers. In the middle of the form to pour the curd. To remainder of crumbs add 1 tbsp flour.

Grind well between your hands. The resulting crumbs evenly sprinkle the top of cake. Preheat the oven to 180º and put it in the cake for 40 minutes. The cake needs to cool in the form. When it is completely cooled – pull out the form and put the cake on a dish. Enjoy your tea!
