RUSTIC CHEESECAKE WITH SHORTBREAD CRUMBS


Mixed, poured, baked and ate!
Cooking time: 40 min.

What you need:
Margarine (or butter) 125g. freeze
Flour 1 Cup
Sugar ¼ Cup
250-300g cottage cheese.
Sour cream 3 tablespoons
Eizo. (if the cheese dry, without eggs)
Salt a pinch
Baking powder ½ tsp.

Recipe:
These proportions are calculated for 2 people. If consumers more, multiply everything by two.
1. Margarine need frozen. Enough to keep it in the freezer.
2. ¼ Cup sugar+ 1 Cup flour + salt + baking powder mix. In this mixture RUB the margarine in a bowl. Mix well before the formation of fine flour crumbs. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
3. For the filling mix cottage cheese with sugar and sour cream. I do this in blender. The egg will come in handy if necessary to seal the liquid mass. But then the filling will be quite different to the taste, by type cheese casseroles. Done both, prefer without eggs.
4. A baking pan should cover with parchment. Pour half of shortbread crumbs on top to spread the filling. Cover with rest of crumbs. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 min.
