Royal cheesecake (very simple recipe)


Butter or margarine – 150 g

Flour – 2 cups
1 Cup sugar
Salt and soda — 0.5 tsp.
For the filling:
Cottage cheese – 400-500 g
1 Cup sugar
The egg is 4 or 5 pieces.
Dried fruits, nuts — optional


1. Melted butter, sugar and flour to grind until a homogeneous mass. Add salt and soda, mix again.
2. Put the resulting dough in a baking dish, preliminary oiled and covered with cooking parchment, leaving about a third of the dough.
3. Prepare the filling: cottage cheese with eggs, sugar and vanilla mix until smooth.
4. The filling gently to spread on the dough, add extra ingredients such as raisins, prunes, nuts, the top cover the remaining third of the dough. Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
