ROLL THE BANANA IN CHOCOLATE

Ingredients: for the dough: egg – 5 PCs sugar – 200 gr. flour – 130 g cocoa 2-3 tbsp baking powder – 1 tsp vanilla for the filling: cream – 300 gr. sugar.sugar – 50 gr. banana – 1 PC.
Preparation: beat Eggs with mixer, gradually powdering the sugar, to a froth. Separately, mix the sifted flour, vanilla, baking powder, and cocoa. To combine them, stirring with a spoon, from the bottom up. Put the dough on a baking sheet, covered with paper and greased with margarine. Bake at t 180 gr. ~ 10 – 12 min Hot Korzh remove from oven, place on sugared towel and carefully remove the paper. Quickly roll the hot cake together with the towel and leave to cool for ~ 30 minutes. Whip cream with powdered sugar. Banana peel and cut it into circles. Drizzle with lemon juice. Cooled shortcake to deploy, apply cream, put the banana slices on the edge and to roll.Top coat with cream and decorate as desired.
