Chocolate Fudge Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine milk with sugar and put on low heat.
Stir in cocoa powder and melted butter heating until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Consistency should be like thick cream.
Remove the pan from heat and transfer to a chilled bowl. Place the bowl in a second bowl of iced water ensuring the water does not get into the cream mixture.
Stir the cream with a whisk until it has cooled.
This chocolate fondant is now ready to decorate cakes, desserts or to simply pour on ice cream.
