Pumpkin pie with whipped cream


Ingredients:
For the dough:
Baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Soda – 1/2 teaspoon
Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
Ground ginger – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Ground nutmeg – 1/4 teaspoon
1 Cup sugar
Egg – 3 PCs
Flour – 3/4 Cup
Pumpkin puree – 1 Cup

Start cooking:
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.Cover a baking tray with paper.In a bowl mix sifted flour,baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, ginger and nutmeg.In the bowl of a mixer, whisk sugar with eggs, when the mass was gently yellow color, add pumpkin puree and mix. Start slowly pour the dry flour mixture.Stir the dough until homogeneous mass.

For the cream:
Egg (protein) – 5 PCs
1 Cup sugar
Pinch of salt
Butter – 200 g
Vanilla – 2 teaspoons

Preparation:
For the cream whisk the eggs with the sugar and place in a water bath until sugar is dissolved. Then whisk the mixture into the mixer and add vanilla and butter at room temperature. Whisk until a homogeneous mass. Cool.
