Pies like grandma’s: 5 easy recipes


1. Baked cakes with cottage cheese

Ingredients:

for the dough:
● kefir – 250 ml
● egg – 1 PC.,

● baking powder – 1 tsp,
● vegetable oil – 3 tbsp, flour – 400 g,
● salt;

for the filling:
● cheese – 100 g,
● mozzarella – 100 g
● cheese – 200 g,
● egg – 1 PC.,
● salt,
● pepper,
● dried Basil.

Preparation:

Egg whisk with a fork or whisk with salt and sugar, add yogurt and vegetable oil. In the resulting mass, add flour mixed with baking powder and knead the dough. Cottage cheese mash with a fork. ● dried porcini mushrooms – 100 g,

● green onions – 50 g, salt.

Preparation:

For the dough dissolve the yeast in slightly warm milk, then add 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tablespoon of flour, stir until smooth liquid sour cream. Let the yeast mixture stand for 30-40 minutes in a warm place to ferment. Melt the butter, cool it to a warm state. In a deep bowl pour the dough, add warm oil, egg, room temperature, salt and the remaining sifted flour. Knead soft dough, cover it in the bowl with plastic wrap or towel and place in a warm place for 2-2,5 hours.

While dough rises, prepare the filling. To do this, soak the dried mushrooms in the boiling water. Drain water from mushrooms and finely chop them. Chop hard-boiled eggs. ● rice – 1 Cup
● onions – 5 PCs.

Preparation:

For the dough combine the flour, sugar and dry yeast. Gently pour in the slightly warmed milk. You should get a batter without lumps. Leave the dough in a warm place for 10 minutes. ● minced pig beef – 500 g,
● broth – 1 Cup
● onion – 1 PC,
● pepper,
● red ground,
● salt.

Preparation:

Sift flour with salt. Dissolve the yeast in warmed milk. To the flour add the milk with yeast, whisk in the egg, stir and knead the dough. Then put in a warm place so the dough came up. Onion peel, mince and add to meat mixture. Pour in the broth. Season with red crushed pepper and salt to taste, mix well.

The dough is cut into cubes with sides about 4 cm.
