Pie giraffe


Ingredients:

200 g butter

sugar in the dough I put 150 gr, and cottage cheese 200 g
4 eggs
2.5 cups flour
1 tsp. of baking soda to extinguish vinegar
2 tbsp cocoa
cottage cheese 500 g
300 g sour cream
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
starch 3 tbsp heaped

Preparation:

Soft butter to mix with sugar(150 g), add 1 egg, flour, soda, cocoa and knead the dough. Put in refrigerator for 20 minutes.

In the meanwhile make filling: mix cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar 200 grams vanilla sugar, 3 eggs and starch.

Take the dough and divide it into two unequal parts. A large spread in the form and make the bumpers. Pour the filling. The remaining part of the dough torn into pieces and spread on top. Bake in the oven for 1 hour at a temperature of about 180 degrees.
