Pancakes for every taste


1. The classic recipe

Ingredients:

● Chicken eggs — 1 PC.
● Kefir — 1/2 l
● Sugar — 1/2 Cup
● Flour — 2 cups
● Soda — 1 tsp.
● Vinegar — 1 tsp
● Vegetable oil

Preparation:

Whisk the egg with sugar, gradually adding flour and yogurt. Be careful to avoid lumps. Thoroughly mix the ingredients. Then add hydrated soda or baking powder.
On a medium skillet heat vegetable oil. Gently spread the dough over the pan. Be sure the pancakes were cooked evenly on both sides. Serve on large platter with gravy boats. With pancakes blends honey, any jam, condensed milk. Also a great addition to the dish are fruits and berries.

2. Pancakes of semolina with Apple and raisins

Ingredients:

● Chicken eggs — 1 PC.
● Milk — 80 g
● Butter — 30 g
● Semolina — 60 g
● Apples — 40 g
● Raisins — 25 g
● Sugar to taste

Preparation:

Cook semolina with milk, adding 10 g of oil. Let it cool, and then add the egg. Mix.
Thoroughly wash the apples and raisins. Peel the apples, then cut into small cubes (if desired, you can grate). Add raisins and apples to cereal, mix well.
Preheat a large skillet in oil. On a hot surface gently, using a spoon, spread the batter. Try to form pancakes of equal thickness. Fry on a moderate heat. The dish is serve with honey or jam.

3. Pumpkin pancakes

Ingredients:

● Pumpkin — 1 kg
● Wheat flour — 1 Cup
● Salt and sugar to taste
● Vegetable oil

Preparation:

Thoroughly wash the pumpkin. RUB on a small grater, add salt and sugar, stir. Then add the flour and stir until until the dough is smooth.
Heat oil in a pan. Gently shape into fritters. Fry evenly on both sides. The dish goes perfectly with honey or sour cream.

4. Carrot fritters

Ingredients:

● Large carrots — 4 PCs.
● Wheat flour — 200 g
● Warm water — 250 ml
● Sugar — 2 tsp.
● Dry yeast — 1 tsp
● Salt to taste
● Vegetable oil

Preparation:

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast and salt, then add warm water to flour mixture. Mix thoroughly, cover the dough with a towel or cloth, put on an hour in a warm place.
Grate carrots on a fine grater, and after add it to the risen dough.
Preheat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Gently pour the batter using a small ladle or tablespoon, fry on both sides. Put the finished fritters on paper towels to rid of excess oil. Serve with mascarpone or other cream cheese.

5. Zucchini fritters

Ingredients:

● Young zucchini — 2 PCs.
● Chicken eggs — 2 PCs.
● Wheat flour — 3 tbsp
● Salt and pepper to taste
● Vegetable oil — 70 g

Preparation:

Thoroughly wash the zucchini after they dry. Then grate on a coarse grater.
if you do decide to prepare young zucchini, don’t forget to cut off skin and remove seeds.In a large bowl whisk eggs, season with a little salt and pepper. Add the grated zucchini and mix thoroughly, then add the flour and again mix well.Heat oil in medium skillet. Over moderate heat cook the pancakes on both sides until Golden brown. A great addition to dishes will be sour cream, and feta cheese.
