“Pancake tiramisu cake”

For pancakes
– butter 6 tbsp.

– milk 720 ml
– the egg 6 PCs
– 1.5 cups flour
– 6 tbsp sugar
– pinch of salt
– coffee liqueur/ Baileys/ brandy-45 ml
For the cream
– large egg-3 PCs (proteins/yolks separately)
– sugar 150 g
– mascarpone cheese 240 g
– heavy cream 125 ml
– coffee liqueur/ Baileys/ brandy-75 ml
– dark chocolate 85 g
– pinch of salt

1. Melt the oil.
2. In a separate saucepan heat the milk, remove from heat and let cool about 10 minutes.
3. Mix flour, eggs, sugar, salt and liqueur in a blender and whip until smooth.
4. Pour the milk and butter and whisk the batter again.
5. Put the dough in the fridge for 6 hours, and preferably overnight.
6. Fry thin pancakes in a pan on both sides and place on a separate plate.
7. Prigotovit cream, whisking the yolks with 0.5 cups of sugar and put in a water bath. Stir, bring yolks to blend yellow status.
8. Cool. Wash the bowl and dry.
9. In it beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt to air peaks.
10. Wyspie remaining 1/4 Cup sugar and whisk again.
11. In a separate bowl, thoroughly whisk the cream. 12. Enter the egg yolks mascarpone and liquor, and then – cream and proteins (beat after adding each ingredient separately). Stir, close the cream and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
13. Apply the cream between each layer of pancakes.
14. Put the cake in the fridge for an hour. After an hour remaining cream apply on top of the cake, from top to grate the chocolate and put the finished cake in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
