— 1 packet of gelatin
— 60 ml of cold boiled water
— 180 ml lemon juice (3-4 lemons)

Take the three big lemons. Zest removed
Gelatin pour 60 ml of cold boiled water and leave it to be melted (5-10 minutes).
400 grams of sugar and 120 ml of water, mix lemon marmalade and sent to the fire. Bring to a boil and cook a little.
Syrup remove from heat and add to it the gelatin.
Add lemon juice, then pass through a sieve. Flavored liquid that will soon be marmalade, stir and pour into the mold.
Cover the form with a lid and put into the fridge (or any other cool place) for 2 hours.
The finished marmalade cut into cubes, dip in sugar from all sides.
