You will need:
• 3 eggs
• 120 g white chocolate (can substitute milk)
• 120 g cream cheese (mascarpone)
Chocolate to break into small pieces and place in a bowl.
Melt in a water bath.
Divide eggs and beat egg whites with a mixer until firm peak (beaten egg whites when you tilt the bowl it should not lead).
Melted chocolate mixed with butter cream and mix thoroughly at room temperature.
Add to chocolate cream and the yolks, mix thoroughly.
Beaten egg whites add better parts. So your cake will turn out softer and more airy.
To make a form of paper for baking (diameter 20 cm, height – 15cm).
Pour the batter into the pan.
Putting the pan on a baking sheet and pour about 1/4 liter of boiling water.
Bake the cake in a preheated 170° oven for 15 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 160° and bake for another 15 minutes. Switch off the oven and leave the cake inside to cool for another 15 minutes.
Cool cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
