Homemade biscuits “Madeleine” for 15 minutes


Ingredients:

● flour – 120 g,

● eggs – 2 PCs,
● sugar – 80 gr,
● butter – 90 grams,
● lemon juice – 1 tbsp.

Preparation:

1. To prepare all the necessary products.
2. Slightly melt the butter, add the eggs and sugar.
3. Beat all with a mixer or whisk.
4. Add the flour.
5. And 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix thoroughly.
6. Put the dough into molds “Madeleine” (or any other).
7. Bake at a temperature of 190-200 degrees, 12-15 minutes.
