Fluffy and tender pancakes with Apple


Should:
1 egg
180 ml of buttermilk (I sour the milk)

1 Cup flour (220 ml)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 large Apple, peeled and grated on a coarse grater (I shredded the carrots)
! If rubbed on a usual grater, Apple will give the juice, then you may need additional 1-2 tbsp of flour!
vegetable oil, for frying
powdered sugar for decoration

– Mix the egg with yogurt
separately mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar
– mix wet and dry ingredients, add grated Apple, mix well, the dough thick cream, but not viscous
– heat the pan, add a thin layer of oil, reduce the heat to medium or less
– a tablespoon put the dough into the pan, slightly pressing and giving shape to Aadam
– fry until Golden brown, then flip and fry another 2-3 min.
