Festive chocolate cake – soft chocolate sponge cake, vanilla and butter cream.

Dark chocolate – 150g
Butter – 125g

Eggs – 5pcs
Salt – 1щепотка
Sugar – 125g
Starch – 50gr
Flour – 50gr
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Ground almonds – 50g
Vanilla sugar – 1пакетик

Cream – 250ml
Vanilla sugar – 1пакетик
Yolks – 4 PCs
Sugar – 100g
Butter – 250g
Dark chocolate – 125g
How to cook a special chocolate cake:

Break the chocolate and melt in a water bath together with butter. Eggs be divided into whites and yolks. The yolks with the sugar whisk until the formation of fluffy mass. Beat the whites with the salt until stable peaks.
In a separate bowl sift the flour, starch and baking powder, add the almonds and vanilla sugar. In parts add the beaten egg whites, yolks and melted chocolate.
Put the dough in a previously greased detachable form, see d26 Biscuit bake for 40-50 minutes at T 80град.
For the cream beat egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar. Heat cream to boil, add in the beaten yolks, stirring constantly. Strain through a sieve and cool to room temperature.
Soft beat butter and mix with vanilla cream. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in a water bath. Cool slightly and mix with half the cream.
The cooled cake to cover with chocolate and vanilla cream. The remaining cream put in a piping bag and decorate top of the cake.
