Donuts Donuts


Delicious doughnuts donuts recipe Israeli pastry chef Miki Shemo.

You will need:

Ingredients for the dough:

For the dough:
1 Cup flour 140 g
12 Cup water(120 ml)
1 tsp fresh yeast( 10 G)

2 cups flour (280 g)
3 eggs
1 tsp salt (5 g)
13 Cup sugar (70 g)
100 g melted butter

vegetable oil for frying

Types of glaze:

Chocolate:
150 g chocolate
125 ml cream 38%
chocolate smash pour the hot cream, stir until smooth.

Condensed milk:
250 g boiled condensed milk
1-2 tbsp milk
the milk is warmed and mixed with condensed milk

White chocolate:
200 g white chocolate
125 g cream 38%
chocolate smash pour the hot cream, stir until smooth.

How to prepare:

1. Preparation of the dough:
First you need to make the dough: in the bowl of a mixer, sift the flour one Cup,add 10 g of yeast and add 120 ml of water. Knead the dough for 2 minutes,you get a sticky mass. Cover and leave for one hour in a warm place.
In the risen yeast mixture add the remaining flour,eggs,salt,sugar and knead the dough in
for 8 minutes. In the end, add the melted butter and continue kneading for 2 minutes.
The dough will be soft,smooth.
Cover the dough and leave to rise for 30 minutes. Put 1 hour in the refrigerator (I left overnight),this process helps the dough rolling.

2. Shaping and baking:
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm using cookie cutters to cut out 30 circles and in the middle of each smaller.
Leave the dough for 45 minutes.

3. Heat in a pan the oil ,check the readiness by using
wooden wand – come on bubbles, the oil is ready.
Fry donuts on two sides, for about half a minute each side, until Golden brown.
Spread on a paper towel.
Covered with chocolate or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
