Crumbly cakes with apples and cinnamon

-3 cups flour,
-2 tbsp sugar

-250g of margarine,
-3 tablespoons of sour cream,
-1 tsp. of baking soda,
-2 sweet Apple,
-pinch of cinnamon.
For topping:
-2 tbsp of powdered sugar.

Flour with baking soda is sifted through a sieve and RUB with margarine, sour cream and sugar. Knead the dough and leave it for half an hour in the fridge. Meanwhile my apples, cut into quarters, remove serdtsevinu. Then finely chop apples, sprinkle with ground cinnamon and mix. The filling is ready. Roll out the dough to a 0.5 cm cut out circles with a diameter of 10cm. In the middle of each circle put the chopped apples seasoned with cinnamon. Gather the dough in a bag and pinch. Turn seam side down and put on a greased baking tray. Bake 15 min. at a temperature of 200 deg. Allowed to cool, through a strainer, sprinkle with powdered sugar and served with tea.
P. S. – I unrolled layer, added the stuffing,tingled edge,turned and sliced diagonally. I have been doing cakes this form.
