Cottage cheese — chocolate dessert


Ingredients for 2 servings:
150 gr cheese (any soft fat)
– 2 tablespoons of sour cream

– 150 ml yogurt
– 1 tablespoon sugar
– 100 gr of melted chocolate
– biscuits for decoration

Preparation:
1. Mix the curd with yogurt.
2. Add sugar and sour cream. Beat with a blender.
3. Add the chocolate and whisk some more.
4. To arrange the dessert in the bowl (cups), garnish crumbled biscuits. Cool slightly in the refrigerator and serve delicious healthy treat.
