Chocolate cake with a soft curd bottom (in slow cooker)

Ingredients:

cottage cheese – 250 g;

eggs -2 PCs.;
sugar – 210g. and 3 tablespoons;
flour – 150g. and 2 tablespoons;
vanilla sugar – 1 packet of 25g.;
plums. butter – 50 g;
milk – 75 ml. and 4 tbsp. spoons;
cocoa – 4 tablespoons;
Rast. butter (unscented) – 50 ml.;
soda – 5 g;
baking powder – 5 g;
boiling water to 65 ml.

Preparation:

1. Cheesecake batter :
cottage cheese + one egg + 60 g sugar + 2 tbsp flour + vanilla sugar, mix in a blender. Remove for 20 minutes in the freezer.

2.Chocolate dough :
egg + 150g. flour + 50 ml Rast. oil + 2 tablespoons cocoa + 150 g sugar + 75 ml milk + soda and baking powder, mix all and stir until smooth, then pour the boiling water and again mix well.

3.Take out of the freezer cheese the dough, grease the bowl multivarki butter and spread cheese batter, pour on top of chocolate dough and put in the slow cooker on the “baking” – 60 min.

4. When the cake is ready, take it out of the slow cooker and begin cooking the glaze:
50g. plums. oil + 4 tbsp. milk + 3CT. tablespoons sugar + 2 tablespoons cocoa, cook all this 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

5. Pour cake icing while hot and liquid that soaked cake.
