Chocolate banana sponge cake

Egg – 4 PCs
Sugar – 200 g

Butter – 70 g
Bitter chocolate – 70 g
Milk – 60 ml
Boiling water – 60 ml
Vanilla – 1 teaspoon
Flour – 200 g
Cocoa powder – 40 g
Baking powder – 2 teaspoons
Pinch of salt
A pinch of baking soda
Bananas – 500 g
Milk chocolate – 300 g
Whipping cream – 500 ml
Rum – 2 tablespoons

Separate the yolks from whites and beat (yolks) with the sugar until white, air condition. Add boiling water, vanilla, milk, melted butter and melted dark chocolate. Stir, sprinkle in the sifted flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, soda and salt. In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt to air peaks and enter them gently into the dough. Stir gently with a spoon until smooth.
Cover a round baking pan with baking paper, grease with butter and sprinkle a little flour. Heat the oven to 180 C. Pour the batter into the prepared form and bake aealo 40 minutes. Once the cake has cooled, cut it lengthwise into three equal Korzh.
For the filling, turn the banana puree, add rum and melted chocolate. Whip the cream very carefully and enter them in the main banana mass.
Apply this filling between layers and across the surface of the sponge cake on the outside.

Note: you can mix warm milk with rum and impregnate each layer this mixture before you put the filling. The sponge cake will become more moist.
