Walnuts – 360 g
Cocoa 100 g
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Dates – 230 g
Chocolate syrup – 60 ml
Avocado – 120 g
Any berries – 150 g
Sugar – 1/2 C
1. Crush the nuts. Mix them with salt and half of the cocoa. Then take 170 grams dates (better to choose winicki pitted) and chop them in a blender. Mix the dates with the previous mass and knead. Add a little chocolate syrup. Knead until then, until the mixture is smooth and dough-like. Then divide the dough in half. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for half an hour.
2. While the dough is in the fridge mix the remains of dates and cocoa. Carefully grind it back into blender. Add the chopped avocado and 120 g of berries. Add the sugar and again grind.
3. Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Take a round baking pan and spread one half of the dough on the bottom, thus forming the cake. On top of the cake grease with chocolate syrup and put the mixture of figs and berries. Again brush the chocolate syrup and spread the remaining dough on top.
4. The finished cake garnish with berries and refrigerate for another half hour. When the cake hardens, you can bring to the table.
