-cottage cheese — 1 kg
-semolina — 8 tablespoons
-egg — 1 PC.
-condensed milk (boiled) — to taste
-sugar — 2-3 tbsp
-flour — within 1 glass
-vegetable oil — for frying
1. Wipe the curd through a sieve, then add the egg, semolina and sugar. All carefully mix.
2. Then, from this test form a little cake and place in the center of the pellet boiled condensed milk. Top with another tortilla, tape the edges and gently dip the cheesecake in flour.
3. Thus proceed with all the dough and condensed milk, then, well heating the oil in a pan, fry the cakes until Golden brown on both sides.
4. Serve hot.
