Cheesecake with condensed milk (no baking)

* 450 gr sour Cream 20 % fat
* 300 gr of biscuits

* 100 gr melted butter
* 300 g of condensed milk is good
* 10 gr. instant gelatin
* 3/4 Cup of cold boiled water

Collapsible form covered with parchment paper.
Crushed into fine crumbs biscuits mix with melted butter. The mixture should not be oily, but not dry. Spoon the mixture into the form and to condense well. To put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Sour cream mixed with condensed milk.
Gelatin pour 3/4 Cup of water and put it on for 10 minutes to swell. Then melt it in a water bath so that it is all dissolved.
In a mixture of condensed milk and sour cream gently stir in the gelatin mixture, stirring carefully. Then pour into the mold. And put into the refrigerator until fully cured for about 2-3 hours.
When hardened, can be added berries fresh cranberries or sprinkle with grated chocolate or nuts.
