500g cottage cheese;
1.5 tbsp. flour;
1P vanilla sugar;
1P baking powder;
oil for frying
Curd grind with sugar and add eggs.
Then, sift the flour, vanilla and baking powder. Add in cottage cheese.
In a pot pour oil and heat well.
With wet hands take a bit of dough and roll the balls 3-4 cm in diameter. Throw the balls into the boiling oil, fry until the donuts will not float and will not acquire a beautiful brown shade.
Get our donuts with a slotted spoon. After the first batch of donuts diminish the fire
fry the rest of the donuts on a slow fire.
Ready donuts spread on parchment paper, give excess fat to drain.
The cooled donuts sprinkle with powdered sugar.
