Yogurt — 1 C.
Salt — 0.5 tsp.
Sugar — 0.5 tsp.
Soda — 0.5 tsp.
Cheese (grated) — 2 cups (250g for 100g dough and in the filling)
Ham (or sausage, or sausage, grated on a grater) 2 cups. (about 350-400 grams in the filling)
Flour — 2 cups.
1. In yogurt add salt, sugar, baking soda, mix well.
2. Add cheese durum and flour.Mix well.
