CARAMEL CAKE


INGREDIENTS:

Dough:

● 7 eggs
● 2 tbsp. sugar (to sweet, you can take a 1.5 tbsp.)
● 1H.l. slaked soda
● 2 tbsp honey
● 2 tbsp hot water
● 2,5 tbsp. flour
● 2-3 tbsp cocoa
● 1 tbsp. chopped walnuts

Cream:
● 200 g butter
● 1 Bank of condensed milk
● vanilla

For topping:
● 1 tbsp. chopped nuts

PREPARATION:
1. Beat eggs with sugar until white. Add honey, diluted with 2 tablespoons water, soda and beat well.
2. Sift flour with cocoa, mix, add nuts and again well mixed due. Divide the dough into 3 parts.
3. The dough becomes watery, like sour cream, it is necessary to smear with a spoon on the baking sheet, the laid parchment.
