Cake with ice cream flavour


Can someone in childhood bought ice cream in a waffle Cup, but weren’t allowed to eat until it warmed, and now waiting for it naturally melts, wafer soak, but anyway enjoy creamy waffle drink.

Ingredients for 2-3 servings:

Pancake-bisquitik(out of this number ingredients I got 5 medium pancakes):
Egg -2 PCs.
Meal 2-3CT.l.(with slide)
Milk – 100ml
Sugar – 2H.l.
Salt – a pinch
Starch – 1st.l.

For the cream:
Cream 35%- 150ml.
Sugar powder – 2st.l.
Curd cream cheese – 100g
Van. sugar – 1H.l.
Tangerines – 4pcs. + 2 for decoration
Chocolate chips

Preparation:

Egg yolks, milk, sugar, salt, flour and starch mix and beat well, then add protein and again quickly whip – weight must be liquid, slightly frothy. Fry in a pan with a small amount of stretch. oil as regular pancakes, put them on the table or cutting Board and let them cool completely.
To make the cream: whip the cream with sugar powder and van. sugar, then add the plums. cream cheese and beat again – the cream should be very thick.
3 tangerine peel, remove seeds and finely chop.
