Cake with ice cream flavors

Maybe someone in childhood bought ice-cream cone, but weren’t allowed to eat until it is warmed, and here I wait, it naturally melts, waffle soak, but still then enjoy a creamy waffle drink.

Ingredients for 2-3 servings:

Pancake-bisquettes(from a given quantity of ingredients I got 5 medium sized pancakes):
Egg -2 PCs.
Flour – 2-3CT.l.(with slide)
Milk – 100ml
Sugar – 2H.l.
Salt – a pinch
Starch – 1st.l.

For the cream:
Cream 35%- 150ml.
Powdered sugar – 2st.l.
Curd cream cheese – 100g
Van. sugar – 1H.l.
Tangerines – 4pcs. + 2 for decoration
Chocolate chips


Egg yolks, milk, sugar, salt, flour and starch mix and beat well, then add the whites and give another quick whisk – the mixture should be liquid, slightly foamy. Fry in a pan with a small amount of stretch. oil like regular pancakes, put them on the table or cutting Board and let them cool completely.
Make the frosting: whip cream with powdered sugar and van. sugar, then add the plums. cream cheese and beat again – the cream should be very thick.
3 tangerine peel, remove seeds and finely chop. To assemble the cake: put on the plate the pancake, drizzle it with tangerine juice, coat with cream and put 1/4 of sliced oranges, cover with a second pancake and so to shift all the pancakes, top to fluff the cream, put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Then sprinkle with chocolate shavings and garnish with tangerine.
