Cake with condensed milk and meringue


Flour – 200 g

Cocoa 10 g
Soda – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Baking powder -1 tsp.
Whole egg – 1 PC.
Yolk – 1 PC.
Sugar – 200 g
Olive oil – 50 ml
Vanilla – 1/4 tsp.
Sour cream – 100 g
Condensed milk – 100 ml
Water (hot) – 50 ml
For meringues:
Egg whites – 3 PCs.
Sugar – 100 g
Lemon juice – 1/3 tsp.
For the cream:
Mascarpone cheese – 1/2 pack.
Condensed milk – 50 ml
Powdered sugar – 3 tbsp


1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. The form for the cake grease and oil.
2. In a large bowl sift flour and cocoa. Add sugar, baking powder, soda, salt and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
3. Add to dry mix the sour cream, cooking oil and condensed milk. Beat with a mixer for 2 minutes.
4. To the mixture at medium speed of a mixer driven in whole egg and yolk.
5. Add to the dough half of boiling water and whisk. And done with the rest of the water. The dough is put in the form.
6. Bake for 25 minutes. The cake is ready if the toothpick after piercing comes out clean.
7. While the cake cools, prepare the cream. Beat cream cheese, gradually adding the powdered sugar. Continue whisking, pouring condensed milk slowly until desired creamy consistency.
8. With the cooled cake cut convex top. The rest of the cake divide into two equal parts.
Merenga. In a deep bowl until stiff, beat egg whites for meringues. Add to them the lemon juice and gradually powdering sugar, beat at high speed until the formation of a strong peak. Proteins prepared if when turning the dish upside down, they don’t slide down.
