The dough
6 tablespoons of milk
2 tablespoons of honey

100 g sugar,
2 teaspoons soda,
50 g butter,
3 tablespoons cocoa.

Mix ingredients and cook, stirring constantly in a water bath for 10 minutes. Cool. Slide onto a Board 400 g of flour, make a well, add 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of ammonium, custard mass and knead the dough . Divided into 7 parts, each roll out thinly, bake at 180 deg. 8 minutes. The biscuits turn out hard.

1 egg, 2 tablespoons flour, 100 g of sugar – gradually add 300 mg of milk – boil in a water bath, stirring constantly, until thick. Cool. 300 g butter whisking, add a spoonful of the custard mass, still whisking. In the end, add 100 gr. chopped walnuts (my Supplement – in all cases, winning).

Fluff the cream, pressing the biscuits. Leave it on the counter for 2 hours at room temperature (only in this case, the biscuits will soak the cream and become soft, then pour either a chocolate fondant or melted chocolate and place in the refrigerator.
