1200G flour(6 cups) may need a little more
1 liter of sour cream
Melt the butter with honey on the fire, add sugar, remove from heat, let stand for a few minutes(that was hot), and add the eggs and flour with baking soda. If the dough is strongly sticks, add flour.
Roll out six large cakes(or 12 small). Bake at 180C until cooked.
Blend sour cream with sugar. Well lubricated cakes. Top sprinkle the cake crumbs(cutting the cake) and cut nuts. Refrigerate at least overnight.
