Cake “Nutella”


Ingredients for the dough:
5 eggs
1 Cup sugar

Honey — 3 tbsp
Butter — 100 g
Soda and vinegar: 2 teaspoons
Cocoa — 5 tbsp
Flour — 5 cups

The ingredients for the first cream:
Oil — 400 g
Condensed milk — 1 Bank

The ingredients for the second cream:
Egg — 1 PC
Sugar — 2 cups
Flour — 1 Cup
Milk — 1 liter

The recipe for the cake “Nutella”:
First the eggs, sugar, honey, butter, baking soda, vinegar and cocoa to be mixed and put to steam for 5-7 minutes. Then remove from heat and add the flour, the dough should be soft. Divide into 5-6 pieces and bake on the reverse side of grill(turn the pan upside down, simulating a baking sheet without sides,so it’s easier to remove the cake it will be not broken), oiled 50 to 60 cm.

Cook the custard: Egg, sugar and flour mix and gradually stir in the milk. Stirring constantly cook the custard, cool. Whisk both creams together. Beat the butter with condensed milk. Generously lubricate all cakes except the top, give soak. Cut as follows: cut 1 thin strip, laid it on its side and cut into rhombs. The Nutella cake is ready.
