Cake “Monastic hut”

Oh, and it’s beautiful, the cake turns out!
In appearance and taste.

Imagine your court most liked recipe.

Cherry pitted I bought frozen powdered it with sugar and left.

Proceed to test. What you need to prepare?
4 cups flour
250 gr. sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
250 gr. CL. butter or margarine
a pinch of salt
1/2 tsp soda

Melt oil and all other ingredients, mix, knead the dough and leave in the fridge for an hour. Continue to pull out and cut into three parts.

Take 1 blank test. Roll out the “square pancake” approximately 25X25 see the Dough should not be very thin. Cut into 5 strips, width of 5 cm strips stacked a number of cherries.

Wrap the tube. And the first batch sent reddening in the oven. All the same we make with other 2 pieces of dough. The result is a 15 cherry tubes.

Make the filling. Want:
– 700 grams sour cream

– 3 tubes in the center of the previous layer (4 tubes)
– a layer of cream
– 2 tubes in the center of the previous layer (3 tubes)
– a layer of cream
– 1 tube in the center of the previous 2

The remaining cream namasivayam top tube
and all the previously missing “gaps”.
And leave in the fridge for at least 5 hours but preferably overnight.
that’s all. Decorate with chocolate.
