strawberry — 200g
walnuts — 50g
sour cream 25% — 300ml
sugar — 2st.l.
gelatin — 15g
water — 50ml
Method of preparation
Grind the nuts,
stacked layers in the form (I have a salad bowl).
Soak gelatin in water for 30 minutes, then warmed until dissolved (do not boil) . Sour cream with sugar, beat a little, slowly entered the gelatin in a thin stream, stirring constantly with a whisk.
Pour sour cream berries and nuts.
Can be laid on top of whole fruit. Put into the fridge for a few hours.
Take out of the fridge. I warmed the sides of the bowl with a Hairdryer, wand walked along the walls, covered the dish and carefully turned over.
