Cake in a skillet!!

The first time I made it according to original recipe ( see last phot), next time in cakes added banana essence, has diluted the sweet taste of currants, and the cake was infused caramel sauce. Much more interesting, and still fast! Express cake! Everyone loved it!! Advise)))

Condensed milk (in the dough) — 1 ban.

Egg (2 cream, 1 in the dough) — 3 PCs
Soda slaked vinegar (in the dough) — 1 tsp
Flour (+2 tablespoons of cream in) — 450-470 g
Milk (cream) — 500 ml
Sugar (in cream) — 1 stack.
Vanilla sugar (in cream) — 1 package.

Since cakes are prepared very quickly, immediately better cook cream. In a saucepan pour the milk, add 2 eggs, 2 table. spoon of flour, Cup of sugar and vanilla sugar, beat well with a whisk and place on low heat. Cook, stirring, until thick. In hot cream add butter, stir and cover, let the cream cool.
Now proceed to the cakes. In a bowl pour can of condensed milk, add the egg and mix well. Then add soda, slaked vinegar and gradually we pour the flour.
When spoon to prevent things get tough, we shift the dough onto the work surface and gameseven. Much to score is not necessary, the dough should be soft and elastic.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
Roll out each into a flat cake and pinned with a fork in several places. Preheat a frying pan on medium heat and start furnace. Cakes are baked very quickly – literally 1 minute and immediately turn.
Begin to brush the cake layers with cream. Cream we still hot cake soaked very quickly.
Then the top of the cake and the sides too well lubricated.
