Sugar (1 tbsp. dough, 1 tbsp. cream) — 2 cups.
Flour (2,5 senior – dough, 2 tablespoons cream) — 3 stack.
Soda (the dough) — 1/2 tsp
Kefir (the dough) — 1 stack.
Butter (50 gr. – dough, 100 gr. – cream) — 150 g
Milk (cream) — 700 g
Egg (cream) — 2 PCs
Vanilla (cream, to taste)
Dough: 1 tbsp. sugar, 0.5 CH. l. soda, 1 tbsp. of kefir, 50 gr. the softened oil, 2,5 tbsp. flour – knead the dough.Divide the dough into 9 pieces, each piece rolled donut.
Fry on a dry pan from both sides.
Turns out 9 cakes.
Cream:700 gr. milk to boil. Separately in a Cup beat the eggs with sugar, add flour and whisk until smooth. In the boiling milk stir in the mixture with the eggs and cook until thick. Then, still in the warm milk add the butter and vanilla, stir until smooth and cool.
Smeared the muffins with cream on top, I sprinkled the cake with crushed biscuits. It is advisable to allow to soak a few hours, ideally a day.
Cut off a piece and ate.
