Cake “Creme brulee”

1 Cup sugar
butter-1 tbsp
sour cream-1 Cup
flour-3 cups
cocoa-2 tbsp
soda-half tsp,quenched with vinegar

500 ml milk
1 egg
1 Cup sugar
3 table.tablespoons flour
200 g butter, softened
2 tbsp cocoa


Sugar RUB with softened butter,add sour cream,flour with soda-knead the dough.Divide the dough into 2 pieces-add in one cocoa.All dough is divided into 6 parts, roll cakes(3 white and 3 chocolate)bake at high temperature for 5-10 minutes.
