Cake ” chocolate-lime “


Products designed for split form with a diameter of 22 cm

Ingredients:

For sponge cake:
Egg – 5 PCs.
Flour – 100 g
Cocoa powder – 30 g
Butter – 50 g
Milk – 50 ml
Sugar – 140 g
Salt – 1 pinch

For the ganache:
Milk – 125 ml
Honey – 1 tbsp
Dark chocolate ( 50% cocoa and above ) – 220 g
Butter – 1 tbsp

For the cream:
Lime ( need to squeeze 170 ml of juice ) – 6 PCs.
Gelatin – 7 leaves
Natural yoghurt – 500 ml
Powdered sugar – 150 g
Heavy cream – 150 ml

Preparation:

1. The oven to turn to bask at 175 °C. the Form should cover with baking paper wall lubricating oil.
