Cake “Charlotte”

This is a very delicious cake, soft, airy, with a hint of coffee.


-12 eggs

-3 tbsp. flour
-2 tsp. of baking soda with lemon juice or vinegar
-3 tbsp honey
-1 tbsp cocoa
-1 tbsp.liter. vanilla
-1 b. condensed milk
-1 b. boiled condensed milk
-300 g butter vanilla
-1 tbsp.liter.

Beat the whites until abrupt foam, still whisking, add sugar, then one yolks, soda with lemon juice, honey and flour gradually. Divide the dough into three one add coffee, in other cocoa, vanilla in third.Bake on oiled tracing paper with 180 gr.3 Korzh.
