Cooking time: 50 min.+ cooling
For the dough:
250 gr. butter or margarine
200 gr. sugar
2-2,5 tsp spoon of baking powder
4 tbsp milk
3 tbsp cocoa powder
For the filling:
6 tbsp semolina
for the glaze 200 g milk chocolate
1. To prepare the dough: butter/margarine to melt and mix all ingredients, pour the batter into the mold. Bake in preheated oven at 175 gr. approximately 50 minutes. Allow to cool,then cut into 2 parts.
2. Prepare cream: milk and semolina to cook porridge – when the milk starts to boil,one spoon to enter semolina and constantly interfere with (5 minutes).
Butter (soft,slightly rataevee) is a stand mixer and whip with the sugar.
3. Mix cereal,chips,butter with sugar and this mixture is spread on cooled cakes.
4. The last layer of grease glaze (melted chocolate) and place in a cool place let the glaze set.
