Cake “Anthill” classic


Very simple and tasty. This cake we prepare for 21 years. Anthill is my favorite cake, only after Napoleon 🙂

Flour — 3.5 cups.

Sugar — 0.5 cups.
Sour cream — 200 g
Margarine (or oil) — 200 g
Salt (pinch)
Soda — 0.5 tsp.
Sweetened condensed milk (boiled) — 1 ban.
Butter — 200 g

Sift the flour.

Add in the flour, margarine, sugar, sour cream and mix well (salt and soda I don’t usually put, but if you want – it’s time to do it). Knead the dough (I do this by hand).

Skip the dough through a meat grinder.

And put it on a baking sheet. Bake at 180 C till Golden brown. If you have an oven unimportant – as cooking cookies to get it to not burn.

While baking the dough, make the filling: in a bowl put the oil, open the boiled condensed milk (need to cook it for 1.5 hours).

Beat the butter with condensed milk until smooth.

The cookies are ready. (Some people stop at this stage – cookies PTS. delicious with tea).

Put all the biscuits into a bowl and grind with a pestle.

Will not only grains, but also chips, don’t worry, they only contribute to the binding of the cake later. Not talcite all to dust, should be exactly the pieces!!!

Pour into crumb cream.

Stir it carefully.

Take a large smooth plate and put the cake heaped.

Remove the cake in the fridge for min of 3 hours – so the cake “grabbed”. Better at night. After you take it out and eat.
